Baby News....

Hey Little Baby.....
We took another look at you today with ultrasound, you're growing great and so far everything looks good. You layed there sleepily and stretched and kicked a few times and turned away from us as we tried to get a good profile shot.... but I'm completely in love....

You were pretty stubborn for a while and would only give us a lovely view of the back of your head, but we finally caught some glimpses of that sweet little face of yours....
(I understand you like your privacy, but the next time my overfull bladder depends on your cooperation, could you just maybe give me a break? thanks)

As for the rest of that tiny body, you have the cutest skinny little legs right now and such sweet little fingers and toes....and you kept sticking those little hands in front of your face and were rubbing your eyes....

It was also fun to find out that you are a little baby of the boy sorts....Yep, we'll be ending on our 4th little boy, just like I've kind of thought all along. I also now know why I haven't been able to feel your little kicks and jabs like I could so well at this stage with all of your siblings, it is because you decided to grow your placenta right on the front of my belly.

Your sisters and I got excited thinking how cute you're going to be in the little outfits and blankets we went and got for you today. And Isaac and Levi are of course thrilled, what's better than any imagineable toy, and even better than a puppy?-- a little brother. :)


These were pretty blobby because of the placenta being in the way, but I know at least some of you moms out there can probably make out a side profile with his little chin tucked into his chest in the first picture, and see a baby turned away with his little hand closed over his ear in the second one...
