When my Levi was born he had thick manly little eyebrows and held them firmly in an unimpressed scowl as he gazed at the world he had entered... he puckered his little lip and let out a soft cry, then I said "hi Levi", and he stopped instantly. He knew me.
As a baby and toddler when people would try to amuse Levi with things that would make most other babies laugh, he would award them with nothing more than a scowl and an annoyed look on his face. The only ones awarded with his sweet dimpled smile were Mom (me), his sisters, and grandma.
At almost 4 years old, he still does not give smiles out freely. If he's not thoroughly amused by what you're doing or saying, you will receive the manly eyebrow scowl, with the look that says, "You're totally wasting my time"... Yes, he's a tough customer.
But when he does laugh, it is because he finds something seriously funny. Tonight Briah and I were in the kitchen talking, and we all of a sudden we hear Levi laughing hysterically, all alone in the toy room.
We looked at each other curiously, then went to find out the source of his amusement. When Bri and I saw what he was laughing about, we were laughing so hard there were tears in our eyes. He was playing Lego Star Wars on the X-Box and was making ewoks fall off a cliff over and over because he had done it accidentally the first time and the sound the ewok made when it fell cracked him up. So he did it on purpose a few more times...

Haha, what a funny kid! I love the sound affects as they fall...its great that he has such a unique personality. It makes getting a smile from him feel special, and I love his laugh. What a cutie. :)
