Well, both my awesome sister Melissa and my awesome Uncle Paul took to the case and each wanted to send Levi a Charlie replacement.
So Melissa went out and searched and found a really cute stuffed dog and sent it to Levi in the mail. When he opened it he was so excited and absolutely loved it. He was a similar type of dog as Charlie, but bigger, and so Levi excitedly said, "It's Chaw-wee's Dad!" and thus named him Charlie Sr. Thanks Aunt Melissa!
My Uncle Paul also went out of his way and searched around and sent me pictures of several stuffed dogs he thought looked similar to Charlie's picture. Turned out one of them was actually an exact Charlie match. So he got the idea that he'd buy him and take pictures of him playing at the beach with him and then sent them to Levi, telling him Charlie had gone down to Florida to visit him and that he'd be coming home soon. Levi was so amazed to see pictures of Charlie at the beach, and was so excited that he'd be coming home.

Well, last week Levi received this postcard.
And then yesterday Charlie arrived. He had this cute little suitcase all packed with things he'd brought for Levi and the other kids from Florida. Levi was SO excited when he opened the door. It was just priceless. 
He brought Charlie and his suitcase in and all the kids excitedly looked at what Charlie had brought. There was candy and some fun little towels, and they loved looking at the dolphin sun catcher and all the sea shells...
Levi is so happy to have Charlie back, and was so excited to re-unite Charlie and "his dad", Charlie Sr. They both sleep with him at night now and get towed everywhere he goes. So does the little red suitcase.
It means a lot to me that you two would go out of your way to do this and make my little boy so happy. Thanks Melissa and Uncle Paul! Love you both so much!

Oh my goodness-that is such a cute story and such cute pictures...it made me a little teary! Your kids are so lucky! I am glad that they were reunited! :)
Thats so fun that there was even a suitcase!! Uncle Paul is so creative! What a cute way to send Charlie back. :) I love the pictures too, his smile as he hugs the dogs is priceless and all worth it. I can't wait to see the fun things that were in the suitcase. :)
That is so sweet you have such wonderful family members. I'm glad everything worked out and that Charlie was "found". That's such a cute idea.
How sweet is that. Wow you really do have some thougthtful family. I really liked that! I also love the picture of the puppy and the suitcase waiting on the doorstep.
