October's here... fall is usually my favorite season. I think I'd be more excited though if it didn't mean winter's like 3 weeks away. I'm not ready to have snow dumped on me again yet. That 5 foot wall from last year didn't fully melt 'til May.
Well, these last few days have been sunshiny. Cold, but sunshiny. So as soon as we've been done with all our schoolwork for the day, we've headed out to play in it. The girls have discovered they have a great love for rollerblading and beg to spend every minute of daylight that they can out speeding along the neighborhood sidewalks.
The other day while the girls were blading, the boys were sitting on the front porch together and I had to grab my camera for a quick little shoot.
I say, "Sit closer together."Levi says, "Ew, gross! Deacon get away from me!"
I say, "How 'bout a hug?"
I say, "How 'bout a hug?"Levi says, "No way!"
I say, "Grab each other like you're gonna wrestle and smile like you're gonna like it."
Levi says, "Okay!"
I love my boys.
Having a coloring contest. The girls do this all the time, they love to race coloring pictures, and then have the boys judge whose turned out best in the least amount of time. I have been banned as judge since I always claim it's most definitely a tie. So here's something little brothers are better than moms for, they can be brutally honest judges.

So cute!! I love the pictures of the boys on the front steps! Boy, I wish we lived closer--we'd have so much fun together!
I am feeling the same way about Fall, I love it, but it means winter is around the corner...and I'm not loving that! I think last winter traumatized me;)
