We had family over for the 4th this year.
Damon, my crazy (single) brother, brought over a big pack of firecrackers, and all the kids had fun watching him blow them up in the back yard. They were loud.
he's a nut.
The girls fence chatting with their best friends, our neighbors Jessica and Nikki.
Ty can pogo with no hands. Must have something to do with the fact that he's nearly 6 feet tall already.
I say, "Tanner, don't squirt me." And he smiles.
I say again, "Don't squirt me okay? I'm just gonna take your picture real--" and he squirts me. Right in the camera.
It always amazes me to watch this crazy brother of mine sit down and get a guitar in his hands.
Heading out front to light sparklers, throw pop-its, get out the glow swords and necklaces, and watch the neighborhood fireworks while eating cinnamon rolls and sipping pina coladas.

Damon's cut glow sticks open and dumped the liquid all over his motorcycle, it looked pretty cool. He rode it home like that.

Ahh the good ol' days. Too bad fireworks are not legal in Spokane! Sitting on the curb watching the neighbors do fireworks are some of the best memories!
