There are many important rules to know before one has children.
Rule #147 is : never buy furniture you would cry over.
Truth of the matter is now I'll probably never be able to sell that table without begging the buyer to allow me to hack off that chunk of wood first so I can keep it forever.
Deacon is an amazing little artist.
He will look up at you with those big innocent blue eyes and promise never to write on anything but paper again.
Then two hours later a new drawing will be found on the couch, the window sill, a cupboard....
And again with those innocent blue eyes, he will declare it was not he.
This one on the dining room window sill was by him, but rather clever don't you think?
Levi didn't think it was so clever though.
