Back on November 25th, the
girls were invited to participate in the annual Holiday Parade as
part of the CYT float.
Levi and I decided to tag along and make a
date of it, so we (fought loads of traffic) and dropped the girls off, then we walked along the holiday bedecked shops on Sherman, stopped in for some french vanilla hot cocoa to keep us warm, and watched the
parade.
I really enjoyed that one-on-one time with my Levi.
After the parade ended, we met up with the girls and walked to the lawn in front of the Resort to enjoy some holiday cheer listening to carols, and then to join in on the countdown for the biggest fireworks display in the Northwest. It was actually a lot bigger show than I realized, probably rivaling the 4th of July show.
Then just as the fireworks ended, a switch was flipped, and over 1.5 million lights lit up the surrounding trees and boardwalk.
BEAUTIFUL.

I completely agree with you Steph! The Christmas Parade and Fireworks show is my favorite way to begin the holidays! Randy Vivian my Dad & I were all down there too! Yes tons of traffic and people but so worth the craziness! Lots of fun. We were on the lawn in front of the resort by the singers. Wish we would have ran into you! Miss all you and so glad you keep this updated so I can at least watch your kiddos grow on here. Hopefully soon we can get together for a game night and catch up!
Love ya
Nicole
