This one is the most recent drawn by Dabriah, she almost always draws me as a Princess or Queen, with long flowing hair, lovely eyelashes, and a golden crown. She will be a teenager in 3 years, I wonder how this image will change....I better enjoy it while I can....
This is one by Lexxi, she usually draws me with rainbows, either on my dress, or has me standing right in the middle of an enormous one, always with a big smile on my face...
But she is also my child who sees things as they really are, as you can see by this picture she drew of me last week when I was particularly grumpy. I am fighting with a dragon and have had fire breathed on me, so my hair has been burned off, I am missing teeth, am covered in bandaids, and now need glasses because I can't see as well due to my burned eyes. I'm not really sure where the hippy themed clothes come in to it all...
This one is by Isaac, it highlights all the important things that he notices about me, and he says I am smiling because I'm wearing earrings...
And this one is the latest by Levi, who has drawn me probably the most accurately, as deep down I really am just an expressionless eyeballed head with no body and legs protruding out from where my neck should be....

Can I just tell you that when I read this that it immediately brought me back to the childhood memory of being up in the 3rd floor of the Wellesley house and admiring your coloring skills. k, maybe it wasn't in admiration, just in jealousy, but still...it was FLAWLESS!! It's interesting the random things we remember when we grow up.
Kinda reminds me of something that April Tomblin told me at the Ekenes' once...(i don't remember why we were there, but it was a celebration for one of the kids for something) she said that she was so jealous of me and the way that I was able to sing all of the the Primary Songs w/out forgetting any of the words. I thought that was too funny! Now i also can do the Hymns that way too, but not alot of people know that... ;o)
