Our crazy unintentional science experiment. The kids came running into the living room the other day, excitedly declaring we had a bean stalk growing in our downstairs bathroom sink.
I was like, "Ew, what?!"
It is the bathroom off the school room, and I had set the bean and rice box (our indoor "sandbox") on the counter in there. Apparently at least one little bean escaped and found itself a cozy home in the sink drain. And it thrived and sprouted in spite of having paint water and goodness knows what else washed down on top of it. The kids were so fascinated. So was I.

What a fun weekend! And great pictures! I am always inspired by your pictures to take more of my kids. :) I really need to do that. I will make a point to do that this week and then post them -there a little public accountability should get me in the groove! :)
Wow you got some beautiful pictures I'm glad you were able to have a good weekend. That's crazy about the beanstalk in the sink. Who knew?

i have been thinking about you lots lately! i just haven't been on the computer very much these days! we should do dinner again one of these nights, or a playdate!
Hey Stephi :). Sorry about the phone cutting out the other day. We were going through the passes and I didn't have service for a long while. I really loved hearing your voice. =) Your kids are so adorable and I love how adventuresome they are. I think you help that with all of your creativity. =) I love you. I miss you so much. I will find a way to come see you asap. Or fly you my way... ;)...but I do want to see your kids too. =) I am glad you are my sis. I think of you often, love you forever. =)
